J + B

Hello Internet!

I mentioned earlier this week that I was going to attend the Beyonce & Jay Z  concert on wednesday in San Francisco. Although I did not have time to take pictures of our outfits or the concert really, I figured I would share my experience.

I live about 45 minutes away from San Francisco, so I decided to use Bart for transportation. As you have probably imagined, this was not my first time going to AT&T Park so I knew my way around. My friend and I decided to stop by Panera for lunch before heading in to find our seats. Also, because I was craving their broccoli cheddar soup.

When we finished eating we walked back to the park which was a 5-10 minute walk, and headed inside. I wanna say we went in around 6:30 when the show started at 8.  We headed toward the merch stands. I decided not to purchase a tee shirt because I'm on a budget, thanks college. Plus I could always order a shirt online so I wasn't too worried about that.

The show ended up starting around 8:30 or 8:40 which really sucked, because I'm the most impatient person you will ever meet. The show started off with my favorite song 03' Bonnie & Clyde which basically made my life.

The concert was one of the best shows I have ever attended, it was planned out amazingly. J and B each got their spotlight and there was really no intermissions in between songs which made it even better! If I had to choose a few songs that stuck out...

  • 03' Bonnie & Clyde: Favorite song!
  • Holy Grail: Beyonce sang JT part, which ugh so good.
  • Ni**as In Paris: The stadium went crazy
  • Drunk In Love: It's J & B... imagine that
Those are just a few, believe me though it didn't matter where you were seated, the atmosphere with the ocean surrounding the venue, the lights, and the overall vibe was unforgettable!

I did take a few videos, however theyre only a few seconds long simply because I was far to into the show that I wasn't really bothering to take pictures or videos.
